Lions’ Stafford named Offensive MVP in first Pro Bowl appearance

Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford made the most of his first Pro Bowl appearance as he was named the Offensive Most Valuable Player after throwing for 316 yards, the 2nd most ever in a Pro Bowl history.  Stafford completed 15 of 25 passes and threw 1st half touchdowns to Emmanuel Sanders and Jimmy Graham as Team Irvin defeated Team Carter 32-28.

Lions receiver Golden Tate also stood out in his first Pro Bowl as he lead Team Irvin in receiving yards with 98 on 2 catches.
