Those out in Vegas are constantly updating odds, especially when it comes to win totals and chances of winning a championship. Bovada recently released its latest over/under odds and win totals for teams, including the Big Ten.

Here is an excerpt from Nick Baumgardner at MLive.com breaking down the odds for both Michigan and Michigan State on their chances of reaching those respective win totals.
Bovada gives Michigan favorable odds of going over nine wins at 5/9, with 3/2 odds on the Wolverines finishing the regular season with fewer than nine wins.
Michigan State, meanwhile, has favorable 1/2 betting odds to finish the year at fewer than the 6 1/2 number, with 8/5 odds of finishing over.
According to Bovada’s updated odds, Michigan’s win total is fourth-highest in the Big Ten. Here’s a look at all 14 conference teams ranked in terms of those aforementioned updated win total projections:

Expanding the picture to championships, Bovada is currently giving Michigan the third-best odds to win the Big Ten, tied with Penn State and behind Ohio State and Wisconsin; Michigan State is 9th.
In terms of a national championship, Michigan is 7th among all FBS schools; Spartans are T-30th with a host of other programs. Alabama, not surprisingly, sits atop this list for now, while defending champion Clemson is slotted 12th.
