As you have probably heard by now, the Detroit Lions are one of five NFL teams eligible to be featured on the next season of HBO’s Hard Knocks.

The announcement for which team has been selected could literally come at any minute now and though the Lions seem like a long-shot to get the nod, maybe there is a way for you to help out. (If you want to see them on the show)
One fan has created an online petition on Change.org which allows you to sign stating you want the Lions to appear on the show.
