On Sunday, when the Detroit Lions host the Arizona Cardinals at Ford Field, they will be wearing their new uniforms during a regular season game for the first time.

But for Lions wide receiver Golden Tate, his uniform will not be the only new thing he will be donning in Week 1 as he will also be wearing special Jordan Brand cleats.

Jordan Brand has released Air Jordan 13 PE cleats that will be worn by their NFL roster which includes Tate.

Here is a photo of the specific cleats Tate will be wearing.

Here is a list of the other players, in addition to Tate, who will be wearing the custom Jordan Brand cleats.

Jamal Adams, New York Jets

Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys

Michael Crabtree, Oakland Raiders

Malik Hooker, Indianapolis Colts

Melvin Ingram, Los Angeles Chargers

Corey Coleman, Cleveland Browns

Joe Haden, Pittsburgh Steelers

Thomas Davis, Carolina Panthers

Jalen Ramsey, Jacksonville Jaguars

DeShone Kizer, Cleveland Browns

Alshon Jeffery, Philadelphia Eagles

Earl Thomas, Seattle Seahawks

Jordan Reed, Washington Redskins

Each player on the above roster worked with Jordan Brand to design the patterns used in their respective custom made cleats.

Since joining the Detroit Lions prior to the 2014 season, Tate has racked up 90 or more catches in each of his three seasons in the Motor City. Last season, he caught 91 passes for 1,077 yards and four touchdowns.

The Lions will look to build on a 2017 season which saw them fizzle out at the end as they finished 9-7, one game behind the Green Bay Packers in the NFC North.
