On Friday, before the Detroit Red Wings could even take the ice for the first time against the Vegas Golden Knights, shots were fired and it was the Knights who did the firing.
Even though it was via Twitter.
That’s right folks, whoever runs the Knights Twitter account decided to get a little creative and trolled the Red Wings in the process.
Check it out:

Yikes!!!
Well, it’s not a lie, but it does seem odd coming from a team that has only played three NHL games.
Who knows, maybe the (3-1) Red Wings and the (3-0) Knights will end up meeting in the Stanley Cup Final this season and they can fight to the death!
Or, maybe not.
