This maize and blue Detroit Lions concept helmet is…something

The internet is to blame for some extremely odd things.

I mean, where else could you come across an “artist” who has created abominations of NFL helmets using local university colors?

Well, that's exactly what I stumbled across while surfing the web.

Thanks (or no thanks) to 247Sports, we are able to see that it would be like to combine a Detroit Lions helmet with the University of Michigan maize and blue colors.
