Earlier this week, The Rich Eisen Show hosted former Indiana Pacers starter Stephen Jackson. He shared his inside thoughts about one of the most infamous sports moments in US history – the “Malice at the Palace.”
Late in the fourth quarter of a November 19th, 2004 game at the Palace of Auburn Hills, the Indiana Pacers were handily beating the Detroit Pistons when Pacers forward Ron Artest committed a hard foul on center Ben Wallace. An incensed Wallace immediately shoved Artest back, and what soon followed will live on in sports lore forever.
