Matt Patricia explains why he should get a third year as head coach of the Lions

Let’s face it, Matt Patricia is not off to the greatest start as head coach of the Detroit Lions.

After leading the team to a 6-10 record in his first season, Patricia currently has the 2019 Lions sitting at 3-5-1 through nine games.

On Monday, Patricia was asked why he deserves to come back for the 2020 season.

“I truly believe this team goes out and fights every single day…there’s probably progress that I see that I see is encouraging…I work my butt off to do everything I can to help this team win.”

Nation, do you think Stafford should be back for a third season?
