Prior to Sunday’s practice, Lions’ head coach Matt Patricia spoke to the media and said Johnson was absent for a personal reason.
As Erik Schlitt from Lions Wire noted yesterday, Johnson’s “personal reason” was likely the fact that he was at his brother’s wedding.
