During the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions rookie CB Jeff Okudah made a tackle on third down and then proceeded to take himself out of the game.
As you can see below, Lions head coach Matt Patricia was not happy at all with Okudah asking somebody to come into the game for him.

It will be interesting to see if any reporters ask Patricia about what happened on this play.
