Matt Patricia gives update on Detroit Lions COVID-19 situation

On Tuesday, news broke that the Detroit Lions had placed Jarrad Davis on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, raising concern that other players/coaches could be involved and be forced to miss time.

A day later, Lions head coach Matt Patricia gave an update on the situation and the news was good.

Patricia said that no other Lions players will be missing Wednesday’s practice because of Davis’ COVID situation and that there is no reason to shut down the team facility.

This is obviously great news as the Lions are scheduled to take on the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday afternoon.
