There’s the possibility that we could be seeing the last of both Matthew Stafford and Marvin Jones Jr. as members of the Detroit Lions this afternoon. Should that ultimately come to pass, they’re both giving us one great memory to eventually look back on.
Stafford connected with Jones Jr. for the second time on the afternoon, grabbing the lead right back from the Vikings:

In doing so, Stafford etched himself into the NFL history books. With his 26-yard toss to Jones Jr., Stafford became the quickest QB in NFL history to surpass the 45,000 yard mark:
.@Lions QB Matthew Stafford topped 45,000 passing yards on his 26-yard TD pass to WR @MarvinJonesJr.

If this is the last game we’re seeing Stafford with the Lions, he’s making it a memorable one.
