Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams are just one win away from playing in the Super Bowl after defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by a score of 30-27.
At one point, the Rams had a 27-3 lead before Tom Brady orchestrated a furious comeback to tie the game up 27-27 with just under one minute remaining in the game.
That is when Stafford marched the Rams down the field for the game-winning field goal.
Following the game, Stafford had the ‘quote of the night’ when talking about how he “lives for moments like this.”
Said he’d rather have taken a knee up three scores to end the game, “but it’s a lot more fun when you’ve got to make a play like that to win the game — and just steal somebody’s soul.”
