Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford‘s status for this afternoon’s game was in doubt following his injury last week, but he’s back under center – and already making an impact.
The Lions answered the Tennessee Titans‘ opening scoring drive with one of their own, with Stafford completing 7-of-8 passes for 48 yards. The drive culminated in Stafford finding Marvin Jones Jr. on 3rd-and-goal for the receiver’s seventh TD of the season, and sixthth in his past eight games.
