Since 2011, hundreds of players have voted each year on which of their peers should be included on the NFL’s Top 100 Players list. Well, the 2017 version of the list has been slowly revealed on the NFL Network since May 1st, and on Monday night we learned that Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford comes in at No. 31 on this year’s list.

This marks the first time Stafford is appearing on the list since prior to the 2014 season when he landed at No. 100.

So far, only No.’s 31-100 have been released and up to this point, Stafford is the only Lions player included on the list.

In 2016, Stafford led the Lions to a 9-7 record, good enough for a second-place finish in the NFC North and a spot in the NFL Playoffs. During the season, Stafford brought the Lions from behind for the win in the fouth-quarter on eight occasions while putting up solid numbers. In fact, the Lions signal-caller tossed 24 touchdown passes and a career-low (for a full season) 10 interceptions while completing 65.3% of his passes.

Tune into the NFL Network on Mondays at 9 p.m. to see how the rest of the Top 100 list plays out.
