According to the University of Michigan, they have named Mike Favre as their Master Strength and Conditioning coach.

University of Michigan director of strength and conditioning Mike Favre has been named Master Strength and Conditioning Coach by the College Strength and Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCa) at the 2021 National Conference, held at the Fort Worth Omni Hotel in Texas.
Favre is the fourth U-M strength and condition coach to earn the honor, joining Russell Barbarino, Jon Sanderson and Jason Cole.
“This is an incredible honor for Michael,” said CSCCa chief executive officer Scott Bennett. “Being named a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach signifies a commitment to the student athlete, the University of Michigan athletic program, and the strength and conditioning profession. We are honored to have Coach Favre as a member of our association and to have him join the ranks of the Master Strength and Conditioning Coaches. He is truly a model of an outstanding strength and conditioning professional.”
