Michigan and Michigan State both curb stomped vs. Indiana and Iowa

If you are a fan of either the Michigan Wolverines or Michigan State Spartans, you are probably not too happy right now as both teams were embarrassed on Saturday afternoon.

Michigan went into Indiana hoping to rebound after an awful loss to the Spartans a week ago but they looked equally as bad during a 38-21 loss to the Hoosiers. The Wolverines shot themselves in the foot over and over again with penalties and struggled on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball.

As far as Michigan State goes, they were hoping to move to 2-1 by beating an 0-2 Iowa team on the road but the Hawkeyes opened a can of whoop butt and defeated the Spartans 49-7. After a solid game vs. the Wolverines, Rocky Lombardi completed just 17 of 37 passes for 227 yards and 3 picks.

It is going to be a long season for the home teams!
