Michigan may or may not have played their final game of the 2020 season, but even if they do end up playing one more game, it will be without center Zach Carpenter, who started the last two games for the Wolverines.
Carpenter, who has a lot of upside, made the announcement on Twitter.
“I want to thank coach Harbaugh, coach Warriner and the rest of the staff for giving me an opportunity to compete at the University of Michigan, as well as my team mates for pushing me every day. Now its time for a new opportunity. Looking forward to what the future holds!”
