According to reports, Michigan football will catch a huge break on Saturday as Nebraska’s starting quarterback, Casey Thompson, has been ruled out for the game.
This is an enormous loss for the Cornhuskers as Thompson has averaged 252.8 passing yards per game with 12 touchdowns to go along with 10 interceptions. In comparison, the rest of the Nebraska quarterbacks have gone 22-for-47 for 172 total passing yards and three interceptions.
When will Michigan and Nebraska play?
The Michigan vs. Nebraska game will take place at Michigan Stadium beginning at 3:30 p.m. ET.
Following their matchup against Nebraska, the No. 3 Wolverines will host No. 21 Illinois on Nov. 19. A time for that game has not yet been determined.
Michigan’s final game of the 2022 regular season will take place on Saturday, Nov. 26, when the Wolverines hit the road to take on No. 2 Ohio State.
