After previously announcing that he was leaving the University of Michigan to enter the transfer portal, Zach Carpenter announced on Thursday night that he is staying in the Big Ten and will “start a new opportunity” with the Indiana Hoosiers.
Carpenter was the Wolverines starting center for the final two games of the 2020 season after he replaced Andrew Vastardis.
Best of luck to the former 3-star recruit!

Since he’s not a senior, nor has a hardship, won’t he have to sit out a year?
