Michigan football ranked in Top 25 for wrong reason

The Michigan Wolverines football program has cracked the Top 25, but for the wrong reason.

In a report put together by former San Jose Mercury-News reporter Mike Rosenberg, Michigan ranks No. 19 on a list of most college football player arrests in the last five years.

As a program, Michigan has had 14 player arrests over the past five years. That is seven more than Michigan State and two more than Ohio State.

This is obviously an embarrassing report for Michigan to be part of. It will be interesting to see if things change now that Jim Harbaugh is in charge.
