It was quite the 2022 season for Trevor Keegan and the University of Michigan as they defeated Michigan State, and Ohio State, and won a second-consecutive Big Ten Championship by defeating Purdue in the Big Ten Championship Game in Indianapolis. Unfortunately, Keegan and the Wolverines did not have a good outing in the College Football Playoff, and they were defeated by TCU. Now, Keegan has announced some HUGE news for 2023.
What HUGE news did Trevor Keegan announce?
Just moments ago, Keegan announced the news that he will be returning to the Wolverines for his fifth season.
“For the past 4 years I’ve been surrounded with incredible individuals who have made a huge impact in my life,” he wrote on social media. “My time here at Michigan has allowed me to grow in so many aspects in life, on and off the field. My teammates and coaches have built a culture that is unbreakable and it’s been special to be a part of. I wouldn’t want these last 4 years to have gone any differently.
“Making it to the NFL has been a dream ever since I picked up a football. With a lot of thought and tasing with those closest to me, there is more that I want to achieve personally and collectively as a team. Thrilled to get back to work with my teammates and get rolling.”
This is obviously massive news for the Wolverines as Keegan provides them with further stability on the offensive line.
