Bellamy had just coached the West Bloomfield Lakers to the MHSAA Division 1 championship at Ford Field this afternoon in the culmination of 11 years with the school.
He’s a former Wolverines wide receiver, having suited up for the Maize and Blue and compiling 67 receptions for 888 yards and nine touchdowns. He would also spend five years in the NFL, including with the Detroit Lions.
