Michigan wide receiver announces position change for 2017

When Drake Harris was recruited out of Grand Rapids Christian High School in Grand Rapids, MI, he was not only considered to be one of the top prep receivers in the state of Michigan but one of the best in the entire nation. In fact, according to 247 Sports, Harris, a four-star recruit, was the No. 7 rated receiver in the Class of 2014.

With Michigan losing cornerbacks Channing Stribling, Jourdan Lewis, and Jeremy Clark to the NFL, coupled with bringing in one of the top receiving classes in the nation, moving to defense seems like a wise move for Harris.

What do you think, Nation? Can Harris make a difference on the defensive side of the football, or will he fade into the darkness?
