When Drake Harris was recruited out of Grand Rapids Christian High School in Grand Rapids, MI, he was not only considered to be one of the top prep receivers in the state of Michigan but one of the best in the entire nation. In fact, according to 247 Sports, Harris, a four-star recruit, was the No. 7 rated receiver in the Class of 2014.
Unfortunately, things have not gone as planned for Harris at the receiver position, as he has caught a total of eight balls in two seasons.

On Monday, Harris announced via his Twitter account that he will no longer be playing receiver for the Wolverines, but instead will be playing cornerback.

With Michigan losing cornerbacks Channing Stribling, Jourdan Lewis, and Jeremy Clark to the NFL, coupled with bringing in one of the top receiving classes in the nation, moving to defense seems like a wise move for Harris.
