One thing is for sure, Michigan head coach Juwan Howard is not afraid to go after some of the top prep players in the nation and he proved that once again on Wednesday as 4-star PG Frankie Collins announced his commitment to the Wolverines.
According to 247Sports, Collins is the No. 9 ranked point guard in the Class of 2021 and the No. 57 ranked player overall.
