The Detroit Tigers have two of the top 10 prospects in Major League Baseball and their names are Spencer Torkelson (No. 4) and Riley Greene (No. 7).
Both Torkelson and Greene received invites to Tigers Spring Training, where they hope to have a good enough showing to force manager AJ Hinch to bring them north for Opening Day.
One person who is very impressed with Torkelson and Greene is future Hall of Famer, Miguel Cabrera.
On Sunday, Cabrera spoke to reporters and when he was asked about Torkelson and Greene, Miggy had nothing but good things to say.
“They’re really good,” he said of Torkelson and Greene. “Have you seen them play? They’re really good.”
