It appears that Miguel Cabrera‘s knee isn’t bothering him too much tonight, as he has hit two solo home runs once again. Cabrera’s first home run came on an 0-1 count in the bottom of the third inning off Philadelphia starter Vince Velasquez. There was nothing cheap about that shot either to right field.

Cabrera’s second home run came in a three-run fourth inning, where all three runs came off of solo home runs by the Tigers.

To say that Cabrera is locked into some kind of zone right now is an understatement. Tonight is Cabrera’s third multi-home run game of the season, and the second time in four days.
Just a reminder, there is still a ways to go in this game.
