Miguel Cabrera ties Darrell Evans for 50th all-time on home run list [Video]

On Sunday, the Detroit Tigers finally figured out a way to beat the Baltimore Orioles as they used back-to-back home runs in the eighth inning by J.D. Martinez and Miguel Cabrera to take the lead for good.

Cabrera’s home run was the 414th of his career, which happens to tie him for 50th all-time with former Tiger Darrell Evans.

Just in case you were unable to catch today’s game, here are both of the back-to-back home runs by Martinez and Cabrera.

The Tigers will now look to get a winning streak going as they head back to Detroit to play a 3-game series against the Minnesota Twins beginning on Monday.
