The standoff is over, and America’s past time is officially back.
Both Major League Baseball and the Player’s Union have officially reached an agreement, meaning that the lockout that started in December and was one day away from reaching the 100 mark has ended. It was the second-longest work stoppage in MLB history behind the 232-day player strike of 1994-95.
