The St. Louis Blues and Chicago Blackhawks recently played their Winter Classic game at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, home of the Cardinals.
Before the game, Blues backup goaltender Carter Hutton decided to try his hand in front of the pitching machine – not with a bat, but decked out in full goalie gear.
Hutton certainly appeared to be having fun, although facing a 100 MPH baseball is a bit different than a puck!

Former Red Wings goalie Chris Osgood has joked in the past about becoming a Detroit Tigers dugout catcher once his days on the ice were through. We know we’d love to see that at Comerica Park during the summer!
