When the Chicago White Sox traded Chris Sale to the Boston Red Sox many AL Central teams, including the Detroit Tigers, probably breathed a sigh of relief. Let's face it, having a five-time All-Star and former AL strikeout leader like Sale out of the division is not a bad thing. That said, what the White Sox got in return may open some eyes.
Michael Kopech was one of the acquisitions for Chicago in that trade and he turned some heads during a training session at APEC in Texas today. Check out the video below as Kopech reaches 110 miles per hour on the radar gun not once, but, twice.
