MUST SEE: Top highlights from Michigan’s victory over Florida!

Once again, the Michigan Wolverines have advanced past the second round of the NCAA Tournament following a 64-49 victory over the Florida Gators from Des Moines, Iowa. It’s the third straight year they’ve made the Sweet 16!

They took down Florida by a 64-49 final score in Des Moines, Iowa thanks to 19 points from Jordan Poole and 10 from Isaiah Livers. They’re now headed to Anaheim, California, for the Sweet 16/Elite 8!

MUST SEE: Michigan coach John Beilein wishes good luck to MSU players

Michigan is on to the Sweet 16 once again as they easily defeated Florida 64-49 in the Round of 32.

Following the game, Wolverines’ head coach John Beilein was heading down the tunnel towards the Michigan locker room when suddenly, he noticed some familiar faces. It was the Michigan State Spartans who were coming out of their respective locker room for warmups before their matchup against Minnesota.

As they crossed paths, Beilein wished a couple of Spartans’ players “good luck” in their game against Minnesota.

One thing is for certain, John Beilein is 100% class.

Now, if it had been the Michigan State football team, they may have clotheslined coach Beilein!!!

Fan sign beckons Steve Yzerman to save the Red Wings

It’s pretty self-explanatory.

The Detroit Red Wings were officially eliminated from playoff contention for the third consecutive season. Though most fans had given up on the notion of the Stanley Cup playoffs months ago, it was still a disappointing milestone for a team that had just spent 25 consecutive years playing for a chance to be the last team standing.

A long-time Red Wings fan who lives in Montreal attended Tuesday night’s game at the Bell Centre against the Montreal Canadiens brought a sign beckoning the former captain to save the team, much like he did with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
