Okay, once may have been an honest mistake. But twice in just over a week? That’s just silly.
For the second time since January 14, NBC Sports featured a case of mistaken identity involving the Detroit Red Wings.
Prior to tonight’s game against the Chicago Blackhawks, NBC once again showed a graphic of Captain Dylan Larkin; only he was confused for forward Dylan McIlrath, who is with the AHL’s Grand Rapid Griffins:
