The Detroit Red Wings will have a new face in their lineup with the acquisition of left-wing Brendan Perlini from the Chicago Blackhawks.
A British-born Canadian, Perlini was drafted 12th overall by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2014 NHL Draft. He was traded to the Chicago Blackhawks in November of last season, and went on to score 12 goals in 46 regular season games as a Blackhawk.
