On Friday night, we passed along a rumor which was started by Rivals reporter, Kyle Lamb. The rumor indicated that Michigan freshman running back Zach Charbonnet was expected to miss a few weeks of action after having his knee scoped.
What I've heard is Zach Charbonnet is being scoped a second time to correct unfinished work from his spring procedure. Would likely miss a few weeks. This is not an attempt to troll. That kind of thing is not my cup of tea. Especially not reporting things such as injuries.

Well, there has been a dispute to that rumor by former Michigan OL Jon Jansen, who said on Sirius XM that he has confirmed there has been no surgery and that he has seen Charbonnet walking around with no limp and no crutches. Jansen added he fully expects Charbonnet to be the Wolverines starting RB on Saturday against Wisconsin.
Jon Jansen expects Zach Charbonnet to suit up on Saturday and to his knowledge the rumor is not true. He said this on @SIRIUSXM pic.twitter.com/Wr2omysolH

Let’s hope Jansen is on the money with his comments but we will wait and see as there has been no official report from Michigan.
