Who would blame Matthew Stafford if he asked the Detroit Lions to trade him during the upcoming offseason? After all, he has battled for over a decade for a franchise that has failed to put a formidable team around him.
That being said, Chris Mortensen reported on Sunday morning that Stafford’s future with the Lions will be decided by the next GM and head coach. Mort added that Stafford has not asked to be traded. (At least not yet)
Matthew Stafford's future with the #Lions will be decided by the next GM/HC, per @mortreport. Stafford is playing in today's meaningless game vs. Minnesota despite dealing with ankle, rib and thumb injuries. He has not asked to be traded.

Will Sunday be Stafford’s final game with the Lions?
Nation, if you were Matthew Stafford, would you demand a trade?
