The NFL is officially investigating the New England Patriots for allegedly filming the Bengals’ signals during Sunday’s game against the Browns in Cleveland.

According to NFL.com’s Ian Rapaport, New England was shooting an episode of their documentary series “Do Your Job” when a Bengals employee noticed and alerted executives.

The Patriots released the followings statement:
