On Thursday, the NFL released the minimum salary cap for the 2021 season and it is an increase of $5 million from a year ago.
According to a memo from the NFL, the minimum salary cap for the 2021 season will be $180 million.
This does not mean the final salary cap will be $180 as that number will be released following the review of the final 2020 revenue figures and other audit and accounting adjustments.
