It’s been a tumultuous tenure for Washington Commanders owner Daniel Snyder, as his franchise has been caught up in sexual harassment and other workplace misconduct.
And according to reports, Snyder’s support amongst NFL owners is eroding, and there is a growing sense that Snyder could soon be on his way out.
“We launched this investigation because the NFL has not been transparent about the workplace misconduct issues it uncovered within [Washington],” Rep. Raja Krishnamoorth said via CBS Sports following the latest investigation. “These victims are bravely coming forward with their stories, sharing details of despicable abuse in their workplace. Our investigation will continue until the perpetrators of sexual harassment are held accountable.”
Per Mike Florio, it could soon be time for Snyder to “move on”:
“I’m told for the first time ever, there is a sense among ownership, that the time may have come for Dan Snyder to move on,” Florio said.
