The COVID-19 spread has forced the (hopefully) temporary postponement of all game action in the National Hockey League, and based on the recommendation from the CDC, it could be months before things resume again.
The League recently released a detailed statement regarding player activities, saying that they will be allowed to return to their home countries should they so choose but must remain self-quarantined until March 27, “unless a longer period may be required in accordance with local mandates related to travel.”
