According to somebody “in the know,” Penn State players threw PB&J sandwiches at Michigan players while they were heading into the tunnel at halftime.
During yesterday's game, we passed along some video footage of the Wolverines and Nittany Lions talking smack to each other and having to be separated in the tunnel at halftime.

Penn State players did what to Michigan players with PB&J sandwiches?
According to Abigail O'Connor, who is Michigan‘s team nutritionist, she found PB&J sandwiches squashed on the floor outside the Wolveirnes' locker room.
O'Connor added that it “turns out they had been thrown at our (Michigan) players” during their scuffle in the tunnel.

I thought it was an unsuccessful attempt to sneak food to the sideline…
Turns out they had been thrown at our players during that… Jam up… in the tunnel 😂 pic.twitter.com/ViumYFYeRf
Did tossing PB&J sandwiches at Michigan help Penn State?
Nope.
Michigan absolutely dominated the Nittany Lions during the second half on way to a 41-17 win at the Big House.
The Wolverines will now enjoy their bye week before hosting Michigan State on October 29 at the Big House.
