Petr Mrazek has been more like himself of late. He helped the Red Wings earn two huge points Saturday afternoon against the Washington Capitals, 3-2 in the shootout. It was this insane save that helped the Wings earn the “W” today.
Mrazek made a huge save on Washington forward Lars Eller, after robbing sniper Alex Ovechkin's one-time shot. This kept the score at 2-1 before the Capitals eventually tied the score late in the 3rd, forcing overtime.
