We’ve got a quarterback trade to report.
The Philadelphia Eagles are finalizing a trade to send veteran QB Joe Flacco to the New York Jets; the trade was necessitated by Jets QB Zach Wilson suffering a sprained PCL and projected to miss the next 2-4 weeks.

Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Jets will be sending a 2022 6th rounder that could possibly be their latest 5th round selection based on Flacco’s playing time:

The 36 year old Flacco has thrown for 864 yards last season with six touchdowns and three interceptions while playing with the Jets; this will be his second go-around with the team. He didn’t appear in game action for the Eagles in 2021.
