It's no secret that Detroit Pistons star forward Blake Griffin hasn't had the ideal season. He missed the first 10 games of the 2019-20 campaign with a lingering knee injury, which continues to hamper him and affect his availability.
Last night against the Philadelphia 76ers, Griffin was unfortunately rather unremarkable. Eight points on 2-14 shooting from the field and 0-6 from beyond the arc. He added a technical foul for good measure.
But then the fans began to take out their frustration. Several fans in attendance at Little Caesars Arena reported that their fellow fans were booing Griffin:
Our awful fanbase is booing Blake?? The same Blake Griffin that pretty much singlehandedly carried us to the playoffs last year? And then played on one leg in the playoffs? Shocker!

To the Pistons fans who booed Blake Griffin last night: Stop attending games. You’re embarrassing the rest of us.

How bad a look is this, especially for a player who has given his heart and soul to the team since he's gotten here?
