Violence against an official is strictly prohibited and punishable by some pretty serious fines, but we can assume the NBA will give Pistons forward Blake Griffin a break on this one.
He accidentally smacked referee Scott Twardoski in the face in the first half of Wednesday night’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks, resulting in the official clearly favoring his mouth for several minutes. That had to hurt!
