Detroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin has looked nothing like the powerful force that nearly single-handedly willed the team to a playoff appearance last season.
Injuries have hampered the once dominant superstar, reducing him to a shell of his former self. He’s only played in 18 games this season and has averaged 15.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.3 assists – all significantly lower than last season.
But with the Pistons slipping in the standings, team owner Tom Gores hasn’t committed to shutting down Griffin. At least yet.

Is it time for the Pistons to sit him down for his long term health?
