The poor get poorer.
Just as news broke that the Pistons will be without star forward Blake Griffin through the first week of November, Brad Galli is reporting that rookie first-round pick Sekou Doumbouya will not travel with the team to open the season against the Indiana Pacers on October 23rd.

Doumbouya wasn't expected to have a huge role on the team, especially early, but with Griffin out he could have seen a rise in minutes. Expect a very heavy dose of free-agent signing Markieff Morris to start the year.
