Doumbouya is not expected to be a part of the Pistons rotation this season. The hope is for Doumbouya to grow while playing meaningful minutes with the Drive.

Doumbouya recently played for France before declaring for the NBA Draft this year. Doumbouya was selected in the first round at number 15 to the Detroit Pistons.
