On Saturday, Mel Tucker and his Michigan State Spartans went to south Florida and stomped a mudhole in the collective butt of the Miami Hurricanes and walked it dry on way to an impressive 38-17 win.
Now, to be fair, the Spartans only outgained the Hurricanes 454-440 in total yards, and Miami actually had more first downs (29-23) in the game but the final score is what the AP Top 25 voters are going to see when they put together their rankings for Week 4.
Heading into the game, Michigan State was unranked and Miami was No. 24 but that will certainly change when the new rankings are released on Sunday afternoon.
So, where will the 3-0 Spartans be ranked when the new AP Top 25 poll is released?
I believe that when todays’ new rankings come out, Michigan State will break into the poll at No. 21.
Nation, what do you think?
